Well I finally fixed the problem I was having with my xbox automatically turning on when ever it had power applied to it, thought I would give you all an update on how I fixed it.
1. First I retouched my lpc rebuild and pogo pins for the fourth time with some flux and the soldering iron.
2. Then I touched up the power/eject points under the mobo with some flux and soldering iron.
3. Then while I was following the traces under the board from the power/eject point I saw what looked like a little clear bubble of something on top of one of the traces, didn't look like it was penetrating the coating on the board but I cleaned it off with some rubbing alcohol just for good measure.
4. Put it all back together and what do you know it works right again.
I also noticed that having the m8+16 bios IGR function set to more compatible was causing the clock to reset every time I used it, so I opened up evtool and set it to quick and now no more clock reset.
Just also wanted to say thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and possible areas for me to look at to track this problem down.
