Hi, i'm hoping you've heard of this compilation of emulator games for the xbox.
Is there any copyrights on this disc.

If there is, who do i contact about this, as i would like to sell the disc.

Copyrights nothing. What you're planning to do is illegal, outright. Put simply:
The software on the disc was compiled using the XDK, without licensing. The software is illegal. On top of that, unless you contact and work out some deal with each and every producer of the games on the disc, you have no legal rights to sell the games on the disc.
I'm sure it hasn't stopped anyone before, but this is a good deal more illegal than the smaller personal use stuff this website already shuns.

In addition to what cainedna posted, I'm rather surprised that you would make such a post in my forums about this.  If you're looking for my permission, I can tell you that I am vehemently opposed to people selling what doesn't belong to them.  The ports I've done don't even really belong to me, but rather to the original authors.  

I certainly hope you get caught.
