Ip Address In Xbmc

Hi,
Is there anyway of having my xbox running xbmc keep the same ip address, it changes every time i turn it on or reboot, i have went into my router and set it to use the same ip address but to no avail?
Any help appreciated.

set it up with a static ip adress

i.e if your router is 192.168.0.1
your xbox would be 192.168.0.10
