Softmod Boot Issue Weird, Will Not Boot With Network Pluged In, Fine W

Ok , i 3 softmod xbox's, but one has a werid problem, if the network cable is pluged in during boot, it will hang and sit at the MS Logo Screen.  But i can unplug the network cable and boot it just fine, i can even boot it up with out the cable, then plug it in after the logo screen fades and have network connections!

Any ideas?

please help this is driving me nutz!!!
