Stretched Video - Incorrect Video Dimensions

I have some videos which play normally (fullscreen) on XBMC but which play stretched north and south on XBMP (there are large black borders on the left and right side of the screen). Anyone experience this? What's the fix? BTW, I want to try to play them on XBMP since I get some stuttering with XBMC.

yes I have the same problem too, and with the option I can resize the image (with the anamorphic etc. that you can use if you press the Y button) but with the optimal size I have a large black line on the top ant all the image is down. There is a way to fix it? Or there are another software?
