I have dvd images backed up on my HD that I want to play as DVD's with menu and everything on my XBMP. I am running these images by mounting them on a virtual DVD drive through Alcohol 120% and then I am connecting to this drive through the relax XNS share protocol. I can see the *.vob files inside the drive, and can run them one by one individually, but is there a way to run them as a real DVD with menu selection and everything like I can through a DVD player on my computer?  <

XBMP is over a year old and doesnt have dvd menu support. XBMC its newer stronger yournger brother is updated constantly and still sadly doesnt have menu support

I would generally recomment ditching xbmp (keep it as a backup just in case) and moving onto XBMC. You can just play the ifo and each vob will play one of after the other.  <

for some odd reason my XBMC works perfectly with everything including RELAX, but my XBMP crahes too much so I am reluctant to move on maybe when they build in menu support I will.  <
