Make sure you have all the correct files in their respective folders in the HDM disk and you have nothing to worry about, just use the Make from scratch option to make a retail HD and softmod it again, dont worry for the loking being enabled it just mean that the hard drive will lock itself again after each reboot, but will be loched with the same key and your xbox will be able to unlock it with no problems
Just have phun and don't do anithing really stupid, by the way next time you softmod make sure to backup your eeprom.bin file, you can email it to yourself to have a copy in the email server permanently.
