Would it be OK if I went through all my games and deleted the folders for different languages that i don't use? Will the game still function properly? I already deleted all the dashupdate.xbe, update.xbe, etc. files.

Hi deleting the launguage files is fine, the games will run fine, I assume you are deleting these files to make room before burning. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

well the games are already on the hdd and i play them off the hdd, does that even make a difference?

That shouldn't make a difference. Check here for what all you can delete.
