I need to know if this is soft modded or has a mod chip in it........let me know if you need better pics.....

ok thx...so if im right if i buy this hard drive http://secure.llamma...;products_id=70 i will have a original xbox without any mods right? or do i need a locked harddrive

do you know how?? and would i have to ftp.............basically all i want to do is make my xbox back to its original state then mod it(not soft mod) and put EVO X on it

that is the original drive but a different laser

yah they run fromt the harddrive...so if you are right i can just buy the mod chip and it would take care of the hard drive for me

well once i can ftp my xbox and i get a new drive i will probally ask you about getting a very detailed step by step guide on how to get a bio and stuff on it.......thx for the help it has really helped me out

it doesnt say what size it is but its the original yah i will have to upgrade mine too........yah the chip can be pricy and the soldering shouldnt cause me any problems.....

do you have any links for how to create a flash/bio cd the one on the on X3 guide doesnt work

just plug it in and get your self a auto install disc
