All I need to know is where on the Xbox HDD are the Xbox Live gamertags located

3rd time in 3 days now. The xbox Live gamertags cannot be messed with. The only thing you can do with them is put it on a mem card and take it from the mem card and put it back on the HDD. THAT'S IT
