How Come It Won't Connect To The Weather?

Ok well I am having problems having it connect to weather.com to get the weather in my area. I put in our zip code and it says searching but after a while it just  exits out of that and when I go back to see if it saved the zip code it didn't... what do I need to do to get this working?

my best guess (since you fail to supply even the slightest of detail) is that you have no working dns.
