How can you say that his a scammer when I already bought from him and got tracking?

But his not unless he sended me a ton of bricks with a tracking number then will see,Otherwise ill be pissed cuz I bought from him.
Regardless of the fact, he has been banned here before. His one account someone discovered from a different site that he was using his pictures to sell a Dev kit here. He made the username the same as the guy who had put his name on the picture and that guy came and posted here that those were his pictures and the other guy was not the one who took them. This is a common tactic by scammers to use random pictures from the net and claim as theres to "show they own an item" then a person pays them and they get scammed.
Yes I said might be a scammer, but our rules on XS uphold that noone is to make multiple accounts here. Even if he is an honest seller and really mails your XBOX and its all good, he still broke our rule that gets anyone instantly banned, no ifs ands or buts. He has made at least 4-5 accounts here, so that is why he gets banned. I said he had potential to be a scammer because he has committed scammer like activities. If you get your xbox from him, congrats.
He already made a new account that is banned.
