is there anyway for me to have xbmc load up when my xbox boots instead of my dashboard loading????

first, you posted in the wrong forum
second, a simple search would yield hundreds of theads with that exact same question, and answers

but i'll be nice
yes, you can, and it's very easy. Just get your bios to point to xbmc's xbe file and that's it
or, just rename the xbe to the same one that loads now (evox.xbe, default.xbe) and place it in the same directory with a modifed xml file

there is another xml file you also have to put in the c drive you also have to edit with notepad so that the default xbe knows where to find the rest of xbmc. search forum there is several good walkthroughs
