a voltageregulator has 3 pins:
- in
- out
- gnd

connect gnd to ground, out to where you want 3.3V and 5V to in..

I don't know exactly wich regulator to use coz I don't know how many amperes are needed from there but I don't think you will need that much.. are you from the states?
