A Questions From An Xbmc Noob
« on: April 10, 2005, 10:28:00 PM »

I've been screwing around with XBMC and I hit "Scan" not knowing what it did, and now some of my video files have movie information and thumbnails that aren't right.  How do I either delete this information or redo it to reflect the correct movie?

EDIT:  Oh, I also wanted to know if there's a way to play mp3's during games?  I'm guessing no, but I might as well ask.

1) There is a selection in settings (I can't remember what section, look around for it) that gives you an option to delete this information.  Otherwise you can delete it manually, it is under subdirectories of the 'albums' folder in XBMC root if I remember correctly.

2) No, you can't play mp3s in games via XBMC (but a lot of games support custom soundtracks taht you can make from your MP3s, do a search to find out how to convert your songs to the correct format)
