What you are seeing is a heat sink that has been designed around the GPU of the XBOX 360. It is compatible with all models of the 360 except the slim. Main Features
Lowers Tempratures 4C-30C Depending on Board and Setup.
Absorbs heat fast so GPU and EDRAM tempratures raise slowly.
Nickel Coating ensures no oxidation to copper piping.
You can use stock fan shroud!
Temperatures tested on Jasper, Falcon, and Xenon Chips. All tempratures rose in about half the time of stock. This aids in lowering thermal stress which causes red ring GPU related errors. If you have the red ring of death or had the red ring of death this heat sink will help postpone it further into the future as there is no cost effective permanent cure at the moment.
Nickel Coating prevents oxidization. This is where over time the quality of copper degrades and so does cooling efficiency.
All Tests were performed with extended ran shrouds and no other modifications.
The only drawback of this heat sink is your CPU temperatures will raise about 2-6C. We have tested these consoles for a week straight and to this date we feel there is nothing to worry about. The benefits outweigh the costs.

For best results
-Block off open part of shroud with electical tape.
-Extend fan shroud over both CPU and GPU heat sinks.
-Boost both fan speeds to twelve volts.
Optional For Even More Performance
-Dremel out all but three stands of the DVD drive. Install fan directly over GPU heat sink.
-Add fans to side of console blowing in on the GPU pipes exposed around the CPU.
