Need A Flashed Replacement Liteon Drive (i Can Email Key, Etc)

The liteon in my 360 is about dead, and I'd rather not mess with repairing it.  Does anyone sell good replacement liteons where I can e-mail them my firmware/key info so they can handle the flash etc before sending me the replacement drive?  If so, who, and for how much $$$?
