hey, ive already downloaded the latest version of xbmc from there ftp server, and i hought i correctly implemented it, but in the info it still says build 1.1.0, and a lot of new ksins im trying to sue wont work any sya i need to update to 1.22 or higher. but what vexes me is that there are bug fixes now working liek being able to play music while viwing photos. and i also can use the project mayhen III beta skin, but none others that require a build 1.22 or higher.
k, so heres what i did.
i changed my old xmbc folder and renamed it to xbmcold, then i transfered the new xbmc.
then i renamed avualnch.xbe to avalunchold.xbe, and imported teh default.xbe and rename dit to avaulnch.xbe
and everythign seemed to work fine, music and videos and such, and even bug fixes and new features like i said,
but in the system information it still says 1.1.0 and it still wont let me use skins i download and add.
anyone know whats going on?
