Honestly, if you are planning on selling these back out or installing them into controllers and selling them...you would be much better just buying the pieces and doing it yourself.  The kits themselves are so basic that all you need is a chip, wire, and resistors based on the model of controller.  Purchase a USB PIC programmer and you are all set.

If you really want to just purchase pre-programmed PIC chips let me know.  I have about 10 12F683 chips here now that I could program and send over.  I can do the standard 3 mode, 7 mode, or programmable.
