Do a chargeback through either your CC company or paypal, if you sent cash or MO you might have to take legal action. These people are easy to find, I found their home number easily with just a couple searches of the names they provided. Call them once and politely ask for a refund and if not you have no other choice but to call their local police department and report that they fraudulently took your money and did not provide the services you paid for, now they won't respond to e-mails/calls/pms, and that there are other people this is happening to. I guess they went out of business after People like me actually started having a backbone and telling what was actually going on, I'm wondering how many "replacement drives" they sent out to people that got "lost"

Glad to see this person made an an example out of, it's obvious from their posts and my replies they were in the wrong now I feel my experience with them was 100% their fault. They sent me back a broken console as well lol. then gave me trouble trying to get a refund.

Well seeing as chessmaster was last active 21st December 2009 - 04:55 PM I doubt he/she is even reading your post.

If you have been waiting more then 2-3 weeks for a reply or a product, I would recommend you file a complaint with your CC company, paypal....etc.

As you know buying/selling on xbox-scene bst is done at your own risk. I cant help you there.
I'll be watching the thread and if things continue as they are now I will be closing the thread and
locking chessmaster's account.

That's good that you got your money back. Hope chess can take this as a learning lesson if they want to rebuild they should rebuild their business the professional way.

I have a 360 I would like flashed and fixed. There is nothing wrong with the console besides the dvd drive. I ordered a new drive and soldered in the pcb board so the serials matched and yet it still has the "open tray" error. I was wondering if you think you can fix it, I would ideally like to swap it for a flashed drive. With that said, do I pay first or wait to see if you can pull the serials off the drive. Please let me know.

I hope he's not still doing it, I never got anything out of him. He screwed me and a buddy on about $200. Can't believe people still want to use his services.
