can these be unbanned with a KV? also can i do mods such as the mw2 infections, stats hacks, etc? read somewhere only freeboot is back online.

yes you can unban them with a kv, yes you will have to update (or get one with freeboot) to sign in to live.

$150 + $15 to flash the drive + $15 for 2-3day shipping.

ya its pretty easy, after you create the freeboot image just rename the .bin updflash.bin and put it on a usb drive, run flash360 and flash it.
