Seanaroonie, after 8 hours of in game testing the console still works and thats why I did not refund your shipping. I apologize but I will not take a loss on shipping when a console is returned in perfectly fine working condition.
You are being untruthful in your review of my services as well. Every single person who has done business with me knows that my return policy is outstanding. It is almost laughable that you would try to discredit me as everybody else knows that I do not operate that way. I am sorry that it was an unpleasant transaction (although I cannot see why you returned the console since it works fine) but your refund was fairly assessed and processed.
