I think this is a great project and everything but there is something that I think most people missed...
How often are you going to have 64 people to play halo? How often do you even have 16?

The only things i can really see this thing used for is to tour the country and put on LAN parties or build a wearhouse and paint the walls all white and charge for admission.

Two last words...

CORD MANAGEMENT!!!!

The price you pay to be single...

This is actually somewhat believable. At first I had my doubts.

There is a lot of money in the DoD in nuclear search and secure work. My friends dad works for Department of homeland security now doing that, and before he worked for the DoE. Currently he makes roughly ~500k per year. I actually worked in his old department after he transfered to homeland. He got me the job. But god the search and secure stuff I worked on was dull. No I don't care how you transfer cobalt waste from one end of kajikistan to the other.

No, in fact if you read just above your post you'll find this:
"It won't be exclusively for HALO CE and HALO 2, but pretty much all 16-32 player System link games."

You think about some Logitech wireless controllers man? They are sweet as hell and you can find them cheaper than the wired...plus you don't have to worry about messing with a kajillion cords...

How many frequencies do they run on?  I doubt 64 different freq's.  There would probably be tons of interference.

Wireless would be a good idea but I'm not sure how many RF signals are used. If you have 64 people sitting a close distance to each other that might cause some issues. Who knows, maybe even 16 would be too many.

I could be 100% wrong but just something to think about.

I have added 16 Cooler Master crossflow fans, as air intakes, to help cool CPU, GPU, and HDD.
They will blow across motherboard and into the center opening, where the 3 large exhaust fans will
push hot air out of the case. Since the MBs are to be mounted on lexan/plexi I also added
16 30mm CCFLs for cool lighting inside the exhaust hole. They will be mounted on the edge so it will
glow and show up on the exterior of the case.

P.S. I ordered a Transcend 8GB Flash drive, but t might be in a different, low power consumption xbox.
