Now, I have the tools, and effort, but the rest are in my imagination. I have a single xbox myself. Its a great idea to, but you also have to look at the xbox 360 coming out. Sure the games are 60$ a piece and the console is 300$ each, but then it wouldnt be worth it. (I'm pretty sure xbox 360 has built in 64 player capabilities.) And xbox games wont support anymore than 16 players in a game. I will be on the team if you guys decide to do this, but as only for some engineering ideas and how it will all be networked. First, you will need a 16- port hub for a system link game, which will be jammin during the game. Keep me informed on this project though. It will be a blast!

i have a great idea. you can take some 1 inch galvanized round tubing and put that inbetween each xbox on the outside and then take some 16 gauge sheet metal (galvanized) and bend it to match your radius of the frame. And then weld/screw down the sheet metal to your tubes. that would act as a faceplate. Then do almost the same thing for the top and bottom. I am a great person when it comes to engeering ideas and building things. I work for my dad sometimes, hes a contractor. I built my own gokart frame and still in progress of getting the hardware. My friend and i built a 4ft minipipe in my backyard. I can weld amazingly. I won LEGO robotics competitions 2 years in a row, the only 2 years they had them here, and i just love to build stuff and customize it!

I will try to help this thing get movin if u decide to do it!

EDIT: if ur gonna use the pocket projectors, you need some speakers with that.... those projectors are video only. AND, im guessing 16 of your xboxes are gonna be donated to this project? And they are just gonna be the mother board only? Cause if you use the case to and take out the DVD drive, u can slide them in and out of each square in the frame so you can do repairs or take them on trips or.....

this will be sweet

o and a few more things ( i just keep comin up with ideas and more ideas) if u remove the DVD Drive, u get an error screen. I think its like 13 or 11 or somethin, so that wouldn't work. It just be best to keep like the xboxes stock as much as possible and then do the power cord & av cable modifications to it.
