Sorry about this, but i have tryed writing this in the hardware form so many times but no one ever answers and i tryed this thing someone wanted me to do, but it still dont work.

The problem
There is no sound or video coming from the xbox and the DVD drive does not eject

tryed
Tryed the DVD in a different Xbox and the DVD drive works
Tryed replacing the switch, but still didnt work
Tryed to install X3

Since installed X3
when hiting power button softly it turns on then off on the off on and the flashers red, and the X3 on the small board just stays red, and the hard drive light stays on
the same if u hit the eject button, and both the buttons
But if you hold the power button if works and doesnt turn off, you hear the CD dvd spining, but the X3 is still red and the hard drive light is still on. but still there are no Video or Audio.

But now i got no idea wat to do, some one said to install the X3 and it would work, so thats y i installed it.

please help <

sounds like some major probs.  Check your D0 wire, mine was doing something similar to that and it was just that my D0 wire wasn't making a secure connection.

Check all your chip solders just to be sure. <
