Subtitles In 1080i

I have my xbox on 1080i and when im watching a movie in XBMC the subtitles are ridiculously small, (at least i think they're subtitles, i'm pressing 'white')  

Any way to fix this, or do i have to watch the movie in a dif. video mode.

Go into the settings for video and you will see a subtitles option, you can then change the size, font type and color in there. I use arial, 28, yellow for mine... seems to look best for me.
