ive been using xbmc for my main dash now for ages but have never figured out how to get skripts going or web radio i play on xlink that works fine with the dash so i would think my network setings are ok if any one can help me out it would be great even beter if someone could talk me through it some time on msn.

That LAN settings work fine do not mean that your network is setup right.

Set your DNS right in the Settings and you should be fine.

Please search the froum as this have been covered so many times befor, both with a 2nic setup, direct connection and via router...

is that the dns setings on my pc or my xbox what are they and how do i know what numbers to put in..sorry about all these questions but ive honestly been surfing the xbmc forums for months and still havnt got it going

in your PC, go to Start>Run> and type CMD + enter

in the prompt windows type : Ipconfig /all then press enter

check your DNS' there and copy them to your xbmc network settings.
