Hi!....

well i wonder is there any software aviable who xtracts Avi movies that lies in a
CD-R??

or isit able to do it with XMBC or AVALAUNCH?? ive tried but it dosent read the disc or find any files

Sounds like your xbox doesn't like CDRs.  Either use CDRWs or use your PC and FTP them.

It is your dvd-rom that is the culprit.

Try upto 50 times and you might get it to read the cd-r media you are using.

Get some dvd-r/rw media and you will get alot better sucess rate
