Flight Stick

I have an original soft modded (Evox) xbox with USB ports for controller 4.
I'm looking for ANY Flight Stick for this xbox - original xbox plug-in or USB.  My goal is to use it with MAME so it only needs a working trigger.

Any suggestions?  Could I make my own with an old xbox controller?  If so, any links to how to do this?
