Hd Format
« on: February 02, 2020, 10:49:00 PM »

Hi I have an original xbox with a mod chip installed.
I had the original hard drive go a few years ago, and I was able to just swap it with a parts xbox's hard drive I had that was not moded at all.  The new hard drive I put XBMC on it.
A few days ago I was messing around with the mod chip options and I stupidly formatted the hard drive.  I think I was trying to update to a new version of xbmc.

Anywas.  The xbox wont boot anymore.  I don't have any more parts.  Is there any way to put in a new hard drive?  Or fix the one I formatted??

Thanks.

1. What mod chip and what bios?
2. Have you tried booting a boot disc like HeXEn? In all likelihood, this should fix things.

I think its a xenium ice.
There was 2 bios on it.  I can remember which ones.  I was getting error 16.  Then I hooked the hard drive up to my computer and used the hd prepare tool.
Now I get error 07 after trying to boot.

Do you think its my bios??

I'll will try and down load HeXEn tonight.

I tried a bunch of auto installers for XBMC.  they wouldn't boot
