Any modchip will work fine with a xbox with upgraded CPU and RAM. It's not necessarily the modchip that needs to work good, but the bios flashed to it has to support the formatting for the 1TB hard drive. I've used a SmartXX modchip, a Xecuter 2.6 and 3, and a Xenium and honestly when you boil it down they mostly do a lot of similar stuff, but here is a table that goes through their features extensively. A lot of people will tell you to buy one or the other, but mostly it is just personal preference
