Xbox Powers On When Plugged In

You've probably heard this story so I won't go and tell you it. Anyway, I disassembled it, and followed the tutorial (im pretty sure) thats in the FAQ but now the turning on of it when plugged in is delayed. I honestly don't know what else to do. Are there any other tutorials for this?
