that's not a fuse, it's a capacitor. It looks like it is placed between the 3V3 power rail and something else. If that something else is the ground layer, it is used for decoupling. Your xbox might perhaps work fine without it. Altough, they don't put in much unneeded stuff, as every component in it costs money.

The problem with those little capacitors is the fact that it's difficult to know it's value. It can be anything between 1 nano farad and 470 nano farad. If the other point it connects to is gnd, You can solder a 100nf to 470nf in without problem. (bigger is better as long as it fits on the board.)
