If that doesn't work, which it should, you can FTP the game save to a modded Xbox and copy it from there.

When you connect a fatx drive to a windows PC, a window pops up stating that the drive is not formatted and asks if you would like to format it. I'm guessing you (or someone else) clicked yes and therefore it is no longer FATX.

So, plug the memory card back into the xbox controller and into the xbox and enter the "Memory" tab in the MS dash. You should get a message that says "The memory card you have inserted it not working properly. It has been erased". When you see this message, and the Memory Unit icon appears on the screen,  the card has been re-formatted to FATX. If you see any other message or none at all, your memory card is junk.

Now, take the card back over to the PC and try to access it with Xplorer360. It should be found. If you get any messages in windows about the drive not being formatted, ignore them.

Regards.
