Fatx And Ntfs At The Same Time ?

Ok so I used my 320Gb external harddrive to install xbox360 games. xbox360 took the maximum 16GB and the rest of the disk space is in FAT32. Hence I am unable to store huge files (4GB+) into my harddrive anymore because it is not in FATX and FAT32. But if i format to NTFS, the FATX part will also get erased. Can someone help me out there ? Thanks.
