I am wondering does xmc play .mkv files?

I seen a topic that said it does , but i can't get mine to play.

n/m about that up there. i gotten it to work but sadly it's not showing the other audio but 1 when it should be eng and jap and it's showing 2 eng subs when there should only be one.
