Xmc Newbie: Playing Xvids Question

Hey All


I have been attempting to burn .avi files onto dvdrs in the hope of watching them via XMC on my xbox.

I burnt the disk as a data disk with Nero, chucked it in and waited for XMC to read the disk.
The problem is that no matter how I burn the disk or whatever burning utility I use the damn things just won't detect.

What am I doing wrong?

MEDIA: DATASAFE 8X

Typical after days of trying, two minutes after I post the damn thing plays fine.
