Scan Videos - Some Found, Some Not?
« on: March 09, 2005, 05:56:00 AM »

When I select the "Scan" option in my video folder,  it scans through and finds information and thumbnails for most of the movies.

However,  I have "American Beauty" in my videos section,  and for some reason it WILL NOT find any information on this?

When I click on the White button with American Beauty selected,  it shows a list of possible name matches....  so I go ahead and select "American Beauty 1999" (something like that)

Then it gives me an error no information found.

It does this with "The Running Man", "American Beauty", "American Psycho", "Officespace".

But the following movies DO download all the information ok...
"Back to the Future II", "Billy Madison", "Napoleon Dynamite", "The Matrix - Revolations"

Any advice?

whats the exact name of the file?

if it doesnt work, u can always just go to bestbuy.com and search.. when the movie pops up save the cover image, and then put it in your video folder and name it the same exact name as the movie, except make the extension *.jpg
