can cars that require the dmagic wheel mod be used in the xbox version? cos there are loads of nice cars that i would like but they all say it requires the dmagic wheel mod?

yep cos i have it enabled on mine dunno wat u av to do to it tho to install it but it definatley can be done cos i got it automatically installed with my vice city

dmagic wheel mod can be installed on the xbox version of vice city. you can either go find a tutorial or pm me if you can't figure it out.
Then you will be able to get any car you want

are you sure your installing it correctly?

I have no idea on how to edit replys in this forum!!!

Well, I installed the wheels mod with the instructions of your site and it worked... but, I tried installing a lamborgini diablo... hell, I followed all the instructions.... first it crashed after the loading game thing, so i deleted the game save. It works fine, I couldnt find any infernus (wich is the one I replaced in the gta3.img) so I went to the mall.

It crashes, when getting near the parking lot, and getting near the infernus inside the mall.......

What might be the problem???

what model did you use? (download link?)

I got it working, I replaced the .ide file with the original one.... dont know any effect about this........

check the stock ide file and the modded line. Make sure the spacing is the same. If anything looks out of place, fix it.

nop, the file is "good" (the only difference is that infernus line, spacing good and all)

try getting a fresh download. Also when you edit the gta3.img file try to only edit two or three files at a time then rebuild.

I tried a model just like the one you tried and got it to work but in the end it slowed down the game too much anyway...
(but at least it looked good)

In my case, it just crashed the game while loading the car..... What does the default.ide(i think) file does? I'm using the orginal one, without the modified infernus line and it works fine....

and, whats up with the custom soundtrack.... it sounds like.... slow..... different tone.....

and, can I add you to my msn messenger list?
