ive looked all over the net to find out how to mod/hack vice city but have found nothing.  could someone please help me by telling me what to do and where to get whatever is needed to do it.  im fairly new at this and dont understand it a whole lot

i just want to put some new cars in by the way

the installation steps can vary depending on what car you have downloaded.  Did the car come with readme file?
