Stats Editor For Xbox Vc?

Anyone know of a good stats editor i can use for GTA VC XBOX? Most of the PC ones ive seen specificily look for gta.exe or whatever for the pc one. Would be really nice i f you could edit stats for alot of vehicles with a simple program rather then a hex editing tool or wordpad....the file for handling is pretty damn confusing.
