Tv Scripts, How To Launch?

i put all these scripts inmy xbmc script folder, now how do i use them???

which tv scripts ?

If your refering to 'myTV' ?  Unpack to q:\scripts\myTV  - you must ensure the folder structure is kept during unpacking.

then run myTV.py.

If your refering to another script, you'l have to give some more details on what it is etc.

yes mytv and tv guide, how do i run the py folder? go to videos? or what? programs? where do i go in xbox mediac enter to launch the file?  i also downlaoded tvtome.

sounds like you've never installed a script before.

a very brief installation overview:

1) On your PC, uncompress mytv.zip to a folder , keeping all sub folders intact
 you should now have:
  myTV\myTV.py
  myTV\Library.py
  myTV\<some graphic files>.png
  myTV\cache                      - a sub folder containing some files
  myTV\DataSource             - a sub folder containing some files

2) start up your fav ftp app (ie Filezilla)

3) connect to xbox using user/pass of xbmc/xbmc

4) Using Filezilla; change xbox path to sub folder e:\apps\xbmc\scripts

5) Copy myTV from PC to the scripts.  You will then end up with myTV and its subfolders on the xbox

6) On xbox; goto the icon bottom right from main screen. select it a popup will appear.  Select Scripts from that.

7) On the new page that will appear, select myTV to enter that folder.

8) select myTV, (running) will appear next it. after a short while the tv guide will appear.

thats it.  The above procedure will be good for all scripts.

I got it all set up, but everything it pulls is blank.

I am using the data from Zap2it, and MyTV seems to grab it properly.  However, all of the slots that are supposed to showing the listings are blank (I just see the blue background bars).   Also, the screen is skewed to the left.   It looks like I have to move the whole thing 200 pixels or so to the right.   Is that possible?   I have the visual settings in XBMC set to auto.
