I Need A Script To Stream Xm Radio!
« on: April 17, 2005, 10:04:00 PM »

Someone needs to come up with a script that would allow me to log into my XM Radio account (http://xmro.xmradio.com/xstream/index.jsp) and stream all the available channels!!

That would kick ass!!

this question has been asked many times so there is a lot of interest in this but so far no one seems to know how to do it or wants to try.  I have come to the conclusion that it is just not possible.

XM doesn't suck. I've tried both and have now been with XM for 2 years now, and love it. This might be posisble if you got the links for the streams. As XM (as you mentioned) does give us members free internet playback of the stations now, it's a means of knowing the link (html editor to get them.) then using that to stream it. I won't help past as it's very little interest to me myself. But i promise if I do, i'll post my results/guide on it.

Wo what great input in a thread requesting a script for a service, NOT a thread asking how you feel about XM Radio... Good Job!

Anyways, it appears most of the talented script writers do not use this service or have it available to them natively, I believe that is why the response rate is so low to actually getting around to writing a script.

Chill guys. I know SBrooks in real life, and was giving him a hard time.

He has XM and I have Sirius.

I enjoy them both the same.
