Updated Script, Comics V1.3

Updated & Fixed & Enhanced with new feed source (Funnies) and features:

Menu, Overscan, removed dead source/feeds, source switch menu, better handling of some sites, multi image comic editions, MC360 skin compat., folder restructure, new logo, complies with new script requirments ...

PIL's not included. not a big deal, but the trend is to include all libraries.
