im gunna get one for my 1.6 by asking a friend for his 1.1 serial number! that way i can quickly transfer it between two locations... how much are the AV cables for extra?

actually ive heard from my sources its because some of the xbox cables were actually made by Cannon for some odd reason and thoese cables sometimes just didnt come out of the mold correctly and dont quite fit in the connector firmly. You could easily arc a very small bit and make something pop.
Also, the chances of something happening are very very low, but apperntly Mircosoft is having to pay out for a scar on some chicks hand due to this.

(atm this is unconfirmed, but I trust my souce)

lol im gonna order 2 , but for some reason something dont smell right, shouldnt they have fixed this problem earlier? like peoples xbox's have blown up before this date, so i still think M$ is upto something but hey i wanna feel safe so im getting 2

wel i always lose those type cables everyone can use them for every thing psx radio ect... and i always used some other type nover had problem with xbox but for my ibook it did fried my dont now what it called some kind of adaptor to ibook.
so maybe same for xbox but until now never had a problem but maybe i am just lucky.

MS has announced an xbox recall for the new xbox's apperantly they have something wrong with them so if you have a new xbox check into it I will find more information and give you guys a link (I found out on the news)....

ohh sorry i was wrong on the news they said bring the xbox in i just found that it is the corrd and you need to take your old one in and get a new one..other wise it will do internal damage to your xbox causing it (not to work)
