Hi Dwack I tried to put your files into ken's rage folder and try to launch the sm and mp xex but it says game is corrupt and go back to dash. If I try the all xex I got a black screen so please is there a tutorial? What am I missing? I would like to hack some games messing with ram hex values.

It shouldn't cause any problems if your files are right. Also make sure you don't get the files that Kiwimoosical made, they are wrong. I can't post the files here but they are in 7s premium and x360ISO JTAG Apps.

The RTCoD_LauncherSP will launch a default.xex and the RTCoD_LauncherMP will launch a default_mp.xex.

There isn't really anything else that needs to be done.

EDIT: So Dwack I manage to perform 2 dumps bin images in mortal kombat challenge tower so I write down the amount of money different from the 2 dumps I found the offset:

money offset 13D1F0D the problem now is how can I write value with your tool is there a way?

Just add your values to the textBox below the address. Make sure they are in hex format.

Be sure to remember that the address = 82000000 + file offset
So for your example: 82000000 + 13D1F0D = 833D1F0D

It would be very cool if you could make a live memory patch for all games without comparing between bins each time. And if you could add a comparison method for health bars like bigger, less, equal, different such as art money! Anyway this is the first great tool of all for xbox thanx you and all the people who made it possible!!!!!!!

I am pretty sure that wouldn't be possible. Each game stores its values differently. The only method I am aware of is searching through a dump of the memory.

Games these days rely a lot on dynamic memory allocation which means you can't just use a static address to change values anymore. The only way really would be either search for the value every time (very slow), use static addresses hard coded into the game to find where the dynamic memory is allocated which will rarely work since these are stored in the stack. Or simply edit the game executable itself, which wouldn't even require a trainer.

I also 'd like to know how can I correctly open a xex executable on ida pro, do I need special plugin? what is the correct processor type, powerpc like ps3? Is it written in mips?

and with this I can conect from pc to xbox, any idea?

That's a problem setting the sockets flags.

What dash version are you on?

It might be a problem with the xex. Allow me to look into it and I will update if need be.
