Update: T3CH has finished Xesearch its working and performing full memory dumps. This is one of the greatest moment's in xbox 360 modding history.  biggrin.gif

Sorry to burst your bubble jordan but that is a very minor step in a way bigger scale picture. But with time who knows what will happen right?

You might be surprised to see just how lame some games dumps actually are.

Ya I'll have to agree, after I talking with you I got it working and saw how disappointing it really was. Not to mention most values are dynamically allocated and I highly doubt the pointer would be inside the .data segment. Which defeats being able to track any of them without the ability to set breakpoints. Doesn't help either that we're not able to access the address range where they are stacked. I should also mention the XeSearch that was released was messy and buggy, the only thing working out of it was the game dumping (not saying anything bad about LoveMHz, he is amazing). With all this being said I'm starting over and working on my own project and try a different approach. So far it doesn't look good for retail boxes doing the dirty work, I mean it is always easier with a dev but since I no longer have mine I have to make do.

I don't know what's wrong with the memory dumps, but it looks normal to me, like any kinds of memory dump (NDS,PSP,Wii)

Does anyone has any other cheat codes for Xpowerplay besides Ninja Gaiden, Tales of Vesperia and Dead Rising 2?

I am not saying that the dump is bad. It just seems like Jordan expects the dumps to contain all the games information in an easy to read format. That is not the case.

If people are really interested in this I will make an XEX for dumping memory and peeling/poking.

Hi Dwack any progress on this job?
Have you start to develop it? Thanx

Search around for RTCoD 1.0 ... It has memory dumping, peeking and poking.

Could we use RTCoD 1.0 to dump/compare on other games besides Call of duty games? uhh.gif

Yea ... just select the appropriate .xex file from the dump memory menu item.

Any news?  Been waiting over 2 years for something like trainers or what was done to the WII, PSP, etc (Geme Genie type of thing).  SOME have released hacked .xex files but that is hit and miss as for what games it is for.
