Can somebody please help my profile keeps resetting back to a newly created profile with no info whatsoever when loading kinect game or when I go back to nxe dash...

Also I have to play game from start again....

But if I reboot xbox then I get original profile with gamesaves etc...But start game it resets so on...

Any help...
