Hard Drive Not Working? :(

I have a 500gb sata hdd in an sata usb enclosure formatted to fat32 with the freestyle folder on the root of the drive but every time i run the cd-usb.iso i run into game could not be started download again error I don't know what I'm doing wring could someone help me out?
