It's There A Fsdindexer For Gnu/linux?
« on: March 27, 2010, 09:56:00 AM »

As I ask in the topic:
Is there a FSDIndexer for Gnu/Linux?

It's necessary to add covers, info, etc to the games in FreeStyle dash but I only found Windows version.
I tried with WINE, but it freezes too often when it is downloading images.
From a VM like VirtualBox it works, but it's too much  resources to run only a little app...

As it's open source, anyone can compile a Linux version?

P.D: I'll do it myself, but I don't know how.

good idea, would also love to see a mac version.

but i dont know if that will happen, they are planning for 2.0 that you dont need the indexer anymore, still i would like to keep it, as its easier to edit game info on the pc than on the xbox.
But the current version is pretty buggy, it does download the data and thats working fine but not for every game-type, also you cant edit some info with the program (you have to use a text editor).
I really hope they dont ditch the PC Program and that someone improves it a bit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
